What happened to the awesome functionality that made creating back disks and saving to Icloud simple? Now you can only print out a copy and save to your hard drive? What happen???
What's not so great: No longer given option to burn a disk or to upload to ICloud

I rely upon Turbo Tax. It would be nice when I type in a form #
in the help area, if it didn't take me to Tahiti, but to the input screen for that form

What's great about it: the program was easier to use than the past 2 years
What's not so great: the help area in the upper right is ghetto
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Fastest Filing I Have Done In Years

I have used several tax preparation softwares in the past years and this is BYFAR the easiest and most user-friendly. Simple questions, great help information, provide audit protection, and guaranteed. What more can you ask for? Great product!!!
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and guaranteed
What's not so great: None that I have seen.

Very Good Customer Service

I had a very good experience with the (limited) Intuit wait times and assistance from two friendly and informed customer service representatives. I am very happy with my Turbo Tax experiences over the last six or seven years....
What's great about it: Two great customer service reps helped me resolved some filing problems
What's not so great: I had some technical problems on my (two-state) forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I did my taxes again and got them filed early. I like the walk through and the ability to do some areas on my own.

I have always used Turbo tax to file my returns and I have been very happy with the results. I feel like I am getting all the deductions that I qualify for and I do not have to pay a tax preparer a ton of money to do it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comfort of home, detailed instructions
What's not so great: none

We have used Turbo Tax for years now. Each year more and more family members use the software to file their taxes so, for us it is a family affair. It is easy, straightforward and so convenient. In a household where every minute counts it is so nice to be able to start your return, stop and then pick up where you left off. One drawback is that some of the help options aren't as helpful as I would like, they are too short and succinct.
We love this product.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, convenient, convenient, convenient
What's not so great: Too many updates
