I think it is a GREAT program and I have used it for YEARS! Just love it.
What's great about it: I love the step by step guide through every step of my taxes and my grown childrens taxes
What's not so great: Sometimes the retirement (1099r) gets alittle confusing!

Very easy to use, especially, if you've used it before. Easy interview with great explanation of new items. Can't miss a deduction here. Easy to file as well.
What's great about it: Easy step by step, so nothing is missed
What's not so great: AMT is not as streamlined
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TURBO TAX WAS THERE WHEN I NEEDED IT. AFTER MY HUSBAND'S TWO YEAR STRUGGLE WITH MELANOMA CANCER ENDED IN HIS PASSING A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, THE LAST THING I NEEDED WAS TO STRUGGLE WITH TAXES. YOU WERE THERE TO WALK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS WITH EASE. THANK YOU.

I recommend Turbo Tax to all of my friends and relatives. Have never felt I needed the extra help available, but if the situation required additional help, I would seek that thru Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Most questions get answered within the program, and you can easily check on the web
What's not so great: sometimes I have questions that are just not answered within the site
