Saved my bacon

Great, because of a typo my returns were rejected. Turbo tax helped find the error and complete the return fast so no delays in getting back my refund. Grrreat.

Great and Easy!!

It was a great time saver. I like how easy to use it was. The only problem I had was that it had asked me questions that mostly did not concern me and other people I know that where in college. Mostly the own house and living with parents.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Fast, and Time Saver
What's not so great: Asked to many Questions that didn't perttane to me and friends of mine

A lot easier than I expected

All year I used a large manila "shotgun" envelope to save paperwork that I might need for my taxes. When it was time to do the taxes, everything was in the envelope, plus some stuff I didn't need.
What's great about it: the guided process was well organized and informative.
What's not so great: I would have liked a bit of background music ha ha

I have used Turbo for several years and feel confident that I am getting the most for my money. I have many friends that use free resources for their taxes but I just like Turbo because it is reliable!
What's great about it: Easy to use, examples and great explanations; love the deduction calculator for donations
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I have used turbo tax a few years. Tried other ones out there online but came back to turbo tax and will always use it.
What's great about it: walks you through easily
What's not so great: state refund cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to file

This software is very easy to use and thorough. I use it year after year and have had no bad experiences using it. I like the import features, such as W-2's and last years tax info. (if you used it the prior year).
What's great about it: being able to import my info from last year. saved tons of typing
