Pleasant expierence

Saved me dollars in prep fees!!

Put the disk in start my taxes, very easy and my taxes were a little more difficult this year. When done had a little trouble with the updates but figured it out. Much cheaper that paying someone like I had been. Kicking myself for not doing this earlier.
What's great about it: Lead right through it
What's not so great: A little trouble with updates
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a customer of TurboTax ever since the first year it came out. I have never had any problem in filing my yearly return and things have gotten easier each succeeding year. Then when e-filing came into play, TurboTax can't be beat. It takes the hard work and worry out of tax returns.

What's great about it: Takes the worry and stress out of doing your taxes. Leads you through all the required information.
What's not so great: I have never found anything that I didn't like in all the years I have used TurboTax.

Easy to Follow Return

This was my second time using Turbo Tax and it is definately exciting to watch the process for filing taxes. It makes you more aware of what to watch for during the year to make the processing much easier and get more deductions.
What's great about it: Simple and could take my time to process
What's not so great: Had to process multiple returns due to life changing event
