Best Tax program out

Tips and specific infdormation just a click away, very easy to use with walk through item by item. Auto fills data from year to year, but easy to update.

Great Refunds!

The software is great and easy to use. It helped get us great refunds. My only issue is the cost of buying an extra state is getting a little pricey. I paid just as much to add another state as I did to buy the original software with one state.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great refunds
What's not so great: Getting Pricey for States
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

HAD TO USE A TAX PROFESSIONAL IN THE PAST SINCE I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE PARTNERSHIPS . TURBO TAX MADE EVERYTHING A PIECE OF CAKE.

This is my second year of using the software and I am very pleased. The only negative was it took me a long time how to fiugre out how to make my reserve pay not count towards my Illinois taxes. I had to mark active duty to get the deduction, even though technically I made all my military money in the reserves this year.
What's great about it: Very simple and easy to follow. Nice to be able to see the actual forms as well

A learning experience every year

This is the fourth or fifth year I've used TurboTax and the process gets easier every year. Personal data was imported from last year's return; most of new tax documents were imported directly from my banks and brokerages. The best part, though, was TurboTax's tool tips explaining deductions. I printed several of these and went over them with my wife so we'll know what receipts to save for next year's return.
What's great about it: Detailed information on deductions; automated importing of tax data
What's not so great: Extra Fees for State E-Filing

Paying Taxes Doesn't Have to be Taxing

This is our third year using TurboTax. The process is through and we click 'Submit' with peace of mind.
What's great about it: Ease of checking and re-checking entries
