Long Time Turbo Tax User - 5 Yrs

Turbo Tax is worth every penny. It makes something that is very stressful, pretty much stress-free. Once I get started it goes very quickly. If you've ever done your own taxes, and you have to, to truly appreciate Turbo Tax, you know what I'm talking about.
I'm looking forward to the Military Member version (on CD) when it comes out.

Had a simple time filing almost everything, got snagged on one question...got help thru chat and phone...both were great; just hated the hold music.
What's great about it: Flew thru the return process
What's not so great: Hold music is horrible.

Success is the Best Refund

Program ease is great as always including the transfer of data which makes it even better.
However, in prior years you could see the detailed breakout of the year before (2011) with the detailed breakout of current year. This years program only had the small snapshot view and the 2012 only showed in the detailed view. Please bring back the full prior years details for comparison.
What's great about it: Transfer of prior years data into the current program.
What's not so great: Prior year detail breakout missing in current program.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE

Another great experience with Turbo Tax. My taxes were done in the privacy of my own home and I didn't have to pay an exorbitant fee. My tax documents are safe and sound.

TurboTax has won me over

My close college friend recommended TurboTax last year when I told her that I was only going to do a 1040EZ. I am so glad I took her advice! TurboTax gives me every penny I deserve back plus EIC! I would have never gotten my maximum refund back using the 1040EZ. Yes it asks you a lot of questions but the program wants to make sure that you are absolutely getting all your money back and then some. So even if it asks a lot of questions that may not apply to your tax situations I am well confident and assured my taxes are done right the first time.
What's great about it: quick, easy, no hassle if you filed with them last year,
What's not so great: none

Easy and Powerful

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. It has gotten easier and easier over the years. I particularly like that the previous year's info was automatically filled in for the new tax year form.
What's great about it: Straight Forward
What's not so great: Could not Figure Out How to Locate Responses to a Retirement Question (via Ask the Experts).
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax for years, and wont' change. It is simple but through. I find it quick to go through and easy to understand. It has many helpful explanations, and illustrations,
I purchased the disk version this year because I have a new computer, but I have used the web version too.
