Way to go TurboTax

I love Turbo Tax, it is so easy, I think my 14 year old Grandson could do it with little help. I started using Turbo Tax Just after it came out. My wife wanted to use a tax return company. I felt as if very little effort was made to do our taxes.after our taxes were Filed we found out that one of our children S.S.N. was wrong. and the I.R.S. deducted her from our taxes. We went Back to Turbo Tax after that and we been using it ever since.
What's great about it: This Makes doing Taxes fun
What's not so great: I did have some trouble getting my taxes saved to come back latter.

FORMS 8829 FEEDBACK

We have two home businesses. After I complete 8829 for one, I have to re-enter all the items (except a different % of sq.ft. for each business) on the 2nd form.
What's not so great: Needed to re-enter items on 2nd 8829 form

I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years now. I love the auto download. It is so easy to use!
What's great about it: I liked the explore items. Each item is detailed out and very easy to follow
What's not so great: Wish this had a page down feature. I had to scroll down to the next topic instead of tab or page down.

Good product, bad return

Although I have an Accounting background, I still like to use TurboTax because it reminds me of areas I could easily overlook. The only negative comment I have is that I had to pay this year because I lost a deduction; my daughter got married.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Took a little too long

TURBOTAX 2012 QUICKEST TAX RETURN

if you file last year's tax return with Turbo Tax last year, you can pretty much save 50% more time as it walk you through and compare side by side with last year's return.

Easy-to-use software!

I just used Turbotax software to prepare my federal tax return. It took less than 4 hours, vs. the 12+ hours it might have taken to do it by hand myself, after buying a new home last year.
What's great about it: Ease of navigation
What's not so great: Too many confirmation screens at the end
