Only minor problems

I have used this for years and it keeps improving.
What's great about it: Fast now that TurboTax does non-resident state taxes
What's not so great: Didn't prompt for 529 contribution. Got confused when I had rents and royalties on one 1099

Saved my Life

I have used Turbo Tax the last 5 years. I wouldn't use anything or anyone else.
What's great about it: I liked that it corrected any problems with my returns before and after it was sent off. It saved time and money.
What's not so great: Everything was excellent this year.

I love it, been using it for 5-7 years now. !
What's great about it: No need to depend on unreliable soruce for tax laws.
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

overall very satisfied.
have had issue for 2 years now with a state credit not showing up on shortcuts. Able to find within forms and process with no problems.
