Difficult task made simple

I found TurboTax to be very easy to use and very intuitive. I had no problems understanding all the different things required to prepare the tax filing.
I found it simple to move around the program and review the pieces I wished to look at again.
It makes a complex task very easy to accomplish.

Turbo is an easy, step-by step process. Also, it finds all the factors to help you get all the money for which you are eligible.

Did good job as usual

I use it every year. I am satisfied. However, it did not alert me to uderpayment penalty. I did not see it until I looked at forms. I went back to the guide, but it did not show up there. I did not appeal the uderpayment penalty.
What's great about it: easy to use

I'm old enough to remember filing taxes without TurboTax because it wasn't available--it was a nightmare. I've used TurboTax for years now and it consistently gets the job done quickly, easily, and accurately.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The two initial start up windows “Please give us a moment…” and “OK, we know it is taking a little ….” Should be replaced with an in motion circle or bar indicating progress. It is frustrating waiting for an action to occur and not knowing a process is truely occuring..
Today, I was still receiving updates for the Federal and New Mexico state returns. If I filed both returns last month, would my returns be incorrect?

I've been using it for at least 9 years....have done many ,fairly complicated returns..at least for me..with stock purchases IRA disbursments...un employment ..HSA accounts etc...kids in college... would have been a difficult task to navigate without T.T. i used a CPA before at a much higher cost
