I have some complex issues including home office, education and business expenses plus a casualty loss this year. TurboTax walked me through these with ease... What a relief!
What's great about it: Very quick and easy, even with complex situations
What's not so great: Can't think of one

SO EASY THAT MY STEP DAUGHTER COMPLETED HER RETURN THE FIRST TIME ALMOST BY HERSELF.
What's great about it: INFORMATION TRANSFER FROM YEAR TO YEAR
What's not so great: YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEND ONE THAN ONE RETURN

Good Product

Very easy to use and it met all my needs. The step by step guide is great and if I have all my information together it does not take long to prepare my tax return.
What's great about it: The step by step guide makes it easy to use
What's not so great: On the review at the end there was an entry for box 11 of my IRA 1099R that I do not remember making.

Overall, I thought that Turbo Tax did an excellent job at helping me file my taxes and it helped me achieve the highest refund possible.
What's great about it: I really enjoyed the simplicity and pace of Turbo Tax

It has become necessary for me to do taxes for my husband and me. I am new to tax preparation, but I feel pretty good about using Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes it easy for those who are new to tax preparation
What's not so great: There are a few areas that are confusing, but there is help when necessary.
