easy 2 use was actually very pleasurable doing taxes
What's great about it: did all the work 4 me
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo Tax since it's DOS version. It gets easier every year.
What's great about it: It's Great and foolproof

I changed jobs last year for a company based out of GA and I live in VA. I was concerned that things would be complicated but it worked great. Easy to use and navigate.
What's great about it: simple, easy to use and navigate
