YOU GO ROUND IN CIRCLES TRYING TO GET THE THING TO PRINT OUT YOURE RETURNS AND IN THE END YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM TO A P D F FILE AND HOPEFULLY YOU HAVENT LOST EVERYTHING . WHY CANT JUST PUSHING THE PRINT OUT FORMS BUTTON DO JUST THAT . I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS BUT THIS ISSUE MAKES IT A HASSLE TO DO .
What's not so great: IT'S BEEN MADE TOO DIFFICULT TO ACCESS THE STATE FORMS

Easy to follow instructions; allowed for self audit n checks prior to submission. maximized my real estate deductions resulting in a thorough n large tax refunds!
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: state tax could not upload until calif updates to forms occurred
