Pretty good experience

Overall, a pretty good experience. Most of the questions were easy to understand. I like that information can be filled in once and tranferred to other locations. Once suggestion, keep track to the the money I spend on all the what I am paying for preparing my taxes so when I come back next year, those fields can be filled out by your software.
What's great about it: Questions make product easy, I like how information is tranferred from different locations
What's not so great: It did not save my last steps each time I quit. I had to go find where I left off.

Overall, Turbo Tax is a good source for doing taxes. It gives the ability to check and understand the tax forms, deductions and income.
What's great about it: Easy step by step guide
What's not so great: some items need a little more explanation

Hurray for TurboTax!! Second year that I have used it and it is SO VERY EASY--definitely "user-friendly". I'm amazed how it pulled in last years information and how easy it was to insert this year's numbers. Thank you so much for your expertise in this product.

The overall experience of working with this software was great. The software answered all the questions I had about special deductions or credits I was able to take this tax year.
