Turbo Tax not only makes it easy for me to do my own taxes. It also saves me money to be able to do this myself. Now that's a plus in my book.

Super Fast and I feel confident

I've always enjoyed using Turbo Tax to file my Federal and State taxes. This time around it felt like there were way too many obscure questions about foreign banks. Maybe more broad questions to avoid entire sections. I understand it's not entirely Turbo Tax's fault and that they are just looking out and being thorough.
What's great about it: FAST
What's not so great: TOO MANY Q's
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax to file my returns for many years and have found it to be the best on the market. It takes you step by step through your itemized return and gives good explanations when questions arise. It also makes you feel comfortable when you finish knowing everything is right. I won't use any other tax return program!
What's great about it: It's just plain easy to use
What's not so great: Occassionally gets stuck if you answer a question wrong and have to go back.

I've done my own taxes with Turbo Tax for the past 3 years. I never knew it was so simple to complete your own taxes. Not sure why I paid someone file them previously, but long gone are those days. I highly recommend it for everyone.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use!
