Fairly easy filing

There were a few new queries that I had not seen before with insufficient information to be able to ascertain the answers. Particularly regarding the type of retirement plans.
There has to be a better way to open and fill in items in lists like charitable deductions. ALL of the pages have far too much white space. They may look classy, but their format does not serve the user.
For a company that makes it money designing forms to be filled in, the TurboTax forms look like nice Web pages, but filling them out is a chore. Intuit needs to do more research into user interface for its future versions.
What's great about it: It moves along with not too much hassle
What's not so great: The User Interface requires more mousing than is needed

Love Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. The easy step by step instructions are easy to follow and I believe I get the biggest refund possible.

Making TT better

Need to change TT so that we do NOT have to enter information more than once e.g. Home/ Home office expenses.

Very organized and easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for years and love it. I have an accounting degree; however, TurboTax is the way to go to file your own taxes.
What's great about it: Details if you need explanations
What's not so great: When you go to print returns you have to review and then print-is this new this year?

Easy, but some confusion

I like TurboTax because I can do it at home where all my documentation is (thus making referencing quick) and I like the Intuit 100% Guarantee. This is the 3rd year in a row I've used TurboTax and no problems so far.
My only complaint is that there are some occasions where I'd like an "Explain this" button, and it isn't available.
However, those are minimal and, overall, the program is excellent. I'll continue using TurboTax as long as I can minimize the financial complication of my life and feel good about doing my taxes at home, by myself.
