I purchased this program because our tax pro retired and had no one to recommend. Several family members used this product and had positive comments. I found the program easy to use and filled with information. It took a while to enter all the data but that will speed up next time.
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX SINCE 1995. NO PROBLEMS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN AUDUTED. WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT. THANKS TURBO TAX FOR THE GREAT REFUNDS AND EASE OF USE.
What's great about it: GUIDE IS GREAT, HELP IS WONDERFUL, EASE OF USE, CORRECTIONS ARE EASILY DONE

What's great about it: easy to follow, brings up subjects i might have missed

2012 Taxes Completed -- FINALLY!

The task was very fast, maybe 4 hours including breaks. I wasn't sure, if when I paused, if the information would be saved -- it was. Good job, programmers!
What's great about it: Systematic approach to data identification and entry.
What's not so great: I couldn't transfer 2011's filing information because I upgraded to a newer Mac operating system.

I love Turbo Tax

I live in PA but work in DE. I always have difficulty getting it to calculate my PA tax properly. The software should do more of it for me.
Aside from that TurboTax is great. I love that it imports previous years info and makes the steps simple. I like having the choice for it to walk me through everything step by step or letting me choose what area I want to work on.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy, cuts hours out of doing it manually
What's not so great: A little trouble with my PA and DE situation
