Asked All the Right Questions For the Most Refund!

Although it took a long time to get through the questions before the Return was ready to be filed, I do believe that Turbo Tax found the highest refund possible for me.
What's great about it: Detailed questions every step of the way
What's not so great: Took longer than expected to get the Return completed.

The process for filing was really easy to follow. The capability of down loading information from various sources made the job of filing a manageable one rather than a tedious one. It was an easy way to file a previously time consuming chore.

Everything was good until the very end

Overall filing was easy and right to the point.
What's great about it: i liked that turbo tax gave me the option to choose either be "Guided thru" or "proceed on my Own" option.
What's not so great: The very end when e-filing, it had the wrong email and I can't change it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Too Many Errors

On Form 2210, system did not prompt for data on 28 fields. The Review process caught them all. Some required data even though they were not relevent to the return.
What's great about it: Walks you through forms
What's not so great: Too many fields that were not filed in

Easy as pie...

Turbotax is so easy to use. I just gathered my W2s and other tax related paperwork, then filled in the blanks in the program. I like that it imported information from my last years tax forms, saving me time.
What's great about it: It only took me about 2 hours to file my federal and two state's taxes.
