Great Programs - would like a way to print State & Federal envelopes, if one does not e-file.

10+ year Turbo Tax Happy User!

I love using Turbo Tax! I can be aware what kind of deduction I am getting every year by doing tax by myself. Now, I am a 10+ year Happy Turbo Tax User and I love the feature I can import last year's record to my current year. It is such a time saving and I can also compare year to year. i strongly recommend this to my friends & family!!
What's great about it: Transfer record from previous year! Save time!
What's not so great: None!

I have been doing this for six years now and it gets a little easier each year. Your program constantley keeps me updated with all the new tax laws and I am comfortable with that. It saves us a lot of headaches. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Forces me to check it twice and gives proper direction
What's not so great: Sometimes it's hard to understand what I'm doing and why but I get through it after seeking more help

The Best Return

Really like that each section has explanations that you can click on in case you don't undertsand, and that its easy to pull in last year's return info. The way program is designed, you can get maximum return will minimum effort.
What's great about it: It was easy to follow and handled all the complicated details you normally need an accountant for.
What's not so great: none

I have used TurboTax for several years fro both individual and small business returns. I am confident that the return will be accurate, only depending on the validity of a question I answered. All of the extra details from downloading records to post-filing corrections are ready whenor if I need to use the feature. I tested tax services and compared other software but always found TurboTax best for me.
What's great about it: Thoroughness, consistancy, availability
What's not so great: Going back to aspecific question screen

Overall Turbo Tax is great and I've used it the past 4 years now without fail. My only issue was I had a hard time figuring out how to enter the roughly $4300 I spent finishing my basement to use as a home office.
While the wait time was large (I'll cut TT some slack because this is a year full of tax changes) once I got connected with Kathy, she was very helpful. I even elected to "chat" and once she got on the chat she just said "let me call you" to expedite discussing my issue and BAM! she had me moving right along in a matter of about 5 minutes. Very helpful resources, and I get to control my own entries and private info. That's why I choose Turbo Tax each year.
What's great about it: Not hard to speak with an agent
What's not so great: Some wording errors, unclear regarding some depreciations

Seems to be more efficient every year and takes less time to complete.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, covers all the details
What's not so great: everytime I processed updates it wouldn't restart. Had to double click the Icon to restart
