I've used TurboTax for several years and have never been disappointed - this year was no different! It is very simple and asks easy to understand questions to help get me the most refund possible. I will definitely use it again next year!

Great Product!

Turbotax is awesome! For many years, I did my taxes by hand. I tried it a year ago and fell in love. I will never go back to doing them by hand. It asks all the right questions and is really helpful. Anyone can use this product.
What's great about it: Does all the forms for you. Makes doing your own taxes easy! Worth the money!
What's not so great: None!

Filing made easy

Following the fed. and state returns via instructions and available explanations is a snap. If you forget something, you can go back to previous screens. This can be more difficult if you have to go back several screens/forms. Still, the entire process is easily navigated forward and I feel confident that the calculations are accurate and refund is maximized. E-filing is so convenient and you can follow up to determine acceptance of both federal and state returns.
What's great about it: easy to follow guidance and instructions
What's not so great: backward navigation could be easier

I continue to be happy with Turbo Tax. Have used it for the past several years and really like the step by step format to help me find all the deductions I can.
What's great about it: It really helped to go step by step because there were a few things I would have missed otherwise
What's not so great: would like to know "why" for differences between last year & this i.e. law changed, etc

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and I continue to be impressed with it's quality and ease of use. It has virtually relieved all of the stress of preparing my own returns.
What's great about it: Simple to use. Confident of end results.
What's not so great: Maybe too easy to use. Less likely to validate data.
