My memory of prior returns is that I could save after each step. No saving opportunity offered as frequently. I would have prefered to break up the work sessions more.

One small problem

When I tried to download the state program I got a message the program downloaded successfully but when I tried to open it I got the message to download state. Finally called TT and they told me to close and reopen the TT program. When I did that all was fine. Would have given 5 stars if not for that issue. My phone wait time was 17 minutes.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: problem downloading state

Great product. I have been using Turbotax for at least 10 years now and the ease of use is unsurpassed; I have even tried one of those other brands to see if they were better--NOT!!!!!!
What's great about it: I liked everything

I would like to suggest asking for which form to use....W-2, 1099-$, etc. prior to beginning to work on taxes. The default goes to a W-2 and it takes some joggling to get to the area of 1099-R to actually complete software.
What's great about it: User friendly, take time to read each question and it is as easy as 1-2-3!
What's not so great: Would recommend during inital questionnaire to ask for which form to use, i.e. W-2, 1099-R, etc.

Great Refund!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, it works great, no errors! Easy to follow instructions! Saves you money over going to a Tax Company!
What's great about it: It was quick and easy to do, took me step by step.
What's not so great: There were no Cons!

Ease of Use

While I initially attempted to e-file federal and state via the website's software alone, I ran into an un-fixable (by me) hangup with two separate issues that resorted in my calling customer service for further assistance. The lady who fielded my phone call was extremely courteous in every sense of the word, and ended up staying on the phone with me for over an hour before the two of us finally reached a resolution. Overall, I was very satisfied with her performance; as well as the downloadable software, and was pretty satisfied with the online software as a whole.
What's great about it: Flow in overall usability of software, phone troubleshooting support
What's not so great: Minor hangups not fixable when attempting to file via website

Another easy year

I've used Turbo Tax for years. I love how simple it is to use. For years I struggled through paper tax books, then carted envelopes to a tax prepare service. Turbo Tax easily guides me through at my pace, in private.
What's great about it: So simple
What's not so great: paying taxes,,,not turbo tax fault

Turbo TaX Review

Turbo Tax gets easier each year to use. The benefit of having a simple W-2 and mortgage and charitable deductions alone makes the experience a quick one. I have had somewhat more complex returns in the past with a home business and Turbo Tax got me through it albeit with some stressful moments.
What's great about it: Simplicity and Direction
What's not so great: None (for filers with simple returns)
