Love that Turbo Tax makes it so easy to follow. I can just answer the questions and file and save myself time and money!

I used Turbo Tax for years. It is easy to use and can answer questions in the help section. Sometimes I don't quite under stand the answers. Also importing last years forms is a big help. I recomend Turbo Tax to my friends.
What's great about it: Easy guide. import last years forms
What's not so great: Some trouble understanding answers to my queations

Great and easy way to get your taxes done if you dont have too many complicating situations
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: not very many.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

All in all it was easy to use and guided me through the process. This was the first year I had deductions available for IRA management costs which I may have missed on my own.
What's great about it: Guide helped me enter all the required info new for this year
What's not so great: I was a bit surprised to see Federal estimated tax vouchers

Easy & Complete

It just doesn't get any easier to file your federal & state returns. The step-by-step process makes sure you get it right (and you get the refund you need). The hardest part of the process is waiting for the IRS to finish updating their forms for the current tax year. Needless to say this is NOT the fault of Turbo Tax.

What's not so great: Having to wait for the IRS to complete the form update process

Just one recommendation, there should be a place to show the calculation formula for the users to go over if they want to.
