As someone who is just starting taxes it made the process easier and helped make sense of a subject that I have never paid much attention too.

OVERALL I THINK IS AN EFFICIENT AND CHEAPER WAY TO DO YOUR TAXES. I WILL USE IT AGAIN.

Great to see last years info when doing this years so I did not miss anything and also all the great help info. Excellent product and I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years.
What's great about it: Great questions and help menu
What's not so great: going to the bottom to move to the next section after every section entry is a pain

Too much re-work

A TT error in 2008 required ammendments to 2009/10/11. TT purged all of the live files and I had to re-make all of the old returns manually. There are too many subtle details of how you must save files or risk losing info; buying online vs. a disc, etc.
Very disappointed that TT made the error intially and then failed to help me correct it.
I now do not trust the current TT calculations.
