Well pleased with the program. Nice being able to efile.
What's great about it: Easy to work items into the program
What's not so great: Some items have too much detail. Wish state return was included in cost.

It does exactly what it needs to do, painlessly. If you keep your data in an envelope over the year, Turbotax really guides you through the entire process. After using Turbotax for the past few years, I can skip the guidance, go directly to the sections I need and do taxes in less than a couple hours with complete accuracy. Who would have thought this would be possible a decade ago?
What's great about it: Does exactly what is needed
What's not so great: Its taxes - but not Turbotaxes fault! Not quite sure when the individual forms are complete and can submit my taxes

Fired my accountant... hired Turbo Tax. I have used it now for many years and will use it again next year. Two things I use to tread yearly... dental checkup and filing taxes. Now... only one - The Dentist...
What's great about it: Straight forward and easy. Have used for years.
What's not so great: If you need to go back and fix something... menus are confusing.
