Did not print all forms needed for State Return

Filing of the 2012 Arkansas State Return requires copies of the Federal return. When printing under required forms to file the Federal copies were not included. Previous years did print the Federal copies needed.
What's great about it: Easy to use - Easy to print any selection
What's not so great: This year it didn't print all the required forms for filing.

Love TurboTax

I would recommend anyone who is doing their taxes to use TurboTax. It's quick and easy. And most of all inexpensive
What's great about it: So easy to use. Walks you step by step thru every deduction. If it doesn't apply to you, just skip it and move on.
What's not so great: Nothing

Taxes easy to do

I have used Turbo tax for about 7 or 8 years and find the experience easy to manage. Categories of items are easy to find and the data is easy to enter. Turbo Tax remembering details from the previous year saves much effort after the first year.
Only complaint is that after I make a change, I often have to skip through a series of screens I already skipped previously. Turbo Tax should have remembered that those screens were not relevant for me.
What's great about it: Step by step addition of items with ability to add what you want out of sequence.
What's not so great: After a change, often needed to scroll through screens multiple times when you don't want to see them again.

I have used TurboTax for years and have always been satisfied. I am little disappointed in the issues this year with MN taxes which luckily didn't affect us.
What's great about it: easy questions, easy to follow
What's not so great: problem with MN this year

This is the 15th year I've used Turbo Tax and found it easier to use and navigate each year. Makes tax preparing so easy!
What's great about it: Excellent product, very easy to use.
