I also use Turbo Tax but think the state return should be included for the price. Would be helpful to see more of last years return info for comparsion when working on a specific area.
What's great about it: Like that it imports info from last years return.
What's not so great: Don't like to pay for state return after I have already paid for program.

In error check it would be nice for the program to show me the error and link directly to the error section instead of trying to correct it right there in the error check section. I know I can link back by the links on top, but some people may not fully realize what section their error is located in. Put a link that takes you directly to the problem section and it can walk people step by step through again to fix the error if needed.
What's great about it: Liked that it walked me step by step through each section. I was able to navigate back and change things
What's not so great: I didn't like in the error check that it wanted me to fix things right there. I would prefer it show me the error

Loved using turbo tax. This was my first year using it and it was so simple and easy to use! I don't see why everyone doesn't use this method to get their taxes.
What's great about it: Deductions were simplified
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have NEVER been audited since using Turbo Tax!

The only reason that I am not afraid of doing my own taxes is because of Turbo Tax! I have been using Turbo Tax for about twenty five years and I would not consider doing my own taxes without this product!! It is really amazing and rather easy to use, especially if you have a detailed, itemized return like we do!! I especially love the way that the previous years information transfers to your new return....that really helps!
What's great about it: Accuracy , Audit Guide
What's not so great: Prolongs "THE END!"
