Easy! Takes it step by step. So very easy!

Have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and have found it easy to use. I was able to find answers to my questions using both on-line and by phone.
What's great about it: Could work it in my own time schedule.
What's not so great: So far, haven't found one.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it has gotten easier to use as the years have gone by.
I finished in just 2 hrs this year using the easy guide.

I purchased the Delux version. I had to pay for both NY and PA filing.. would like to see these filing charges included.
