Review of turbo tax

The process is easy and the supporting options answers nearly all questions. You also have the option of human advisors. At the end of the process one has a lot of little charges which are time consuming. I would suggest you list the options for the client choose then charge only once.
What's great about it: Easy walk through process with supporting text to answer questions
What's not so great: Many little charges at the end. Suggest you list options then client can choose.

Nice product. have used for years. This years product seems more streamlined and easier to use than some past years.
What's great about it: Adequate for farm and small business

Very good but some annoying navigation

As with most things, I notice what I don't like first so let me say I think a lot of your product and that is why I use it every year.
The main annoyance is the navigation as you are going through the guided review. For instance, in the income category, every time I finish a category you make me go back to the top of the list and then have to scroll down to the next category. That is annoying especially when I am just reviewing to make sure I have everything.
What's great about it: Facilitation, accuracy, ease of use
What's not so great: Navigation on some screens

Excellent Service

I originally had tried to submit my return online, but I was receiving too many errors that I could not fix due to the restrictions with the online product. I contacted an expert and they helped me out in short order and got my return in within an hour!! Awesome expert service.
What's great about it: Expert help was awesome
What's not so great: had to use the expert help to complete my return
