Still works great

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years, one year i tried another company's software....big mistake. Turbo Tax is easy to use and makes filing and saving your returns easy. Turbo Tax makes me look forward to tax time!!
What's great about it: Its easy and finds erors
What's not so great: Haven found one yet

I trust Turbo Tax

Simple and thorough! Turbo Tax takes me step by step through everything that could be required for my Income Tax filing - the State tax experience as well as the Federal one! This year especially we appreciated the non cash donations help for items donated to charity. It was so helpful to have guidelines when putting a value on things. Thanks Turbo Tax!

The review process was very easy - easyguide worked as advertised. Update/download process was a bit cumbersome.

On the plus side, it makes it possible to do my taxes fairly quickly. On the minus side, it doesn't provide adequate instructions when it finds an error. Suggestions for improvement: (1) it would be helpful if the forms menu were split in two: (1) those forms which are necessary for the tax return; and (2) those which are blank (this, of course, is a dynamic process since it depends on how far along one is); and (2) handling of multi state municipal bond funds (for the state return) is cumbersome and could be more transparent.
What's great about it: It did all the math for me.
What's not so great: Poor help menu.
