Help Text is Great

The help automatically given as you navigate through the guided session is easy to understand. If I needed more detail, the detailed help was even better and to the point. This is my 4th year using Turbo-Tax and it gets better each time.
What's great about it: Guidence is easy to understand

It now seems to take less time to complete the tidious annual task of doing my taxes then last year.
What's great about it: Less entries to complete the tax forms is always a plus!

Filing Fun and Easy!

Overall great! I've been using for 4 or 5 years and really like TurboTax.
Only problem I had was in entering 1099-MISC. Didn't have needed reason code and entering "other" kept looping me back to reasons??

I love the product. It's easy and consistant for me, as not much changes from year to year. I do find it pretty expensive. Wish you's offer returning customer discounts.
What's great about it: guides through every step
What's not so great: some questions are geared to someone with a lot of tax knowledge

Need more explanation on medical deductions. Amounts intered didn't add up to totals.
Place "continue" next to required entry, so you don't have to scroll down each time to check it.
