What's great about it: More "user friendly" than in previous years
What's not so great: My personal information from previous years did not transfer.

For many years I have used Turbotax and am absolutely sold on this method of filing. The directions make it very simple to follow- thorough, accurate, and definitely inexpensive.
Also turbo tax makes it very easy to retain all your records for future use making it unnecessary to reenter all your detailed and required personal information. E filing is also a convenient method of filing.
So turbotax basically does most of the work for you. You can't beat that!
Of all the possible methods of filing taxes, this is absolutely the best and I feel that it would be unfortunate for any person or persons to use any other means of filing.

All's well. It took some patience to delete the check on the costly e-file for the state return -- it still won't let me print just the state return. I'm low on ink and don't want to print the "filing instructions.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Hard to go back and make corrections

Program change slip up.

In the first year of a change,the new procedure should have been incorporated in the program,not in the "Have A Question" section.This would help people not strong computer persons.

What's not so great: Lacked printing requirements on print/save screen
