great product very user friendly

i am very happy with my return amount and how easy it was to use great user friendly product... will never pay anyone to do my taxes again...
What's great about it: walk you through every step maximum return
What's not so great: wish there were more options for understanding w-2
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 Tax Returns

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have always been satisifed with the easy 'walk through' for the different sections. It reminds me of items I may have forgotten.
What's great about it: Excellent program.
What's not so great: Couldn't get an answer to a question

Why charge twice?

Filling out the federal and state return with my moderately difficult return was truly simple using Turbo Tax Deluxe. Next year I'll most likely use it again if my taxes don't get more complicated. My only complaint is the extra charge for the state return. Why not just say up front there is an extra free for state returns? I would have paid anyways.
What's great about it: Easy to use.

Easy peasy, fast, catches all sorts of things you wouldn't think of, enough to make it pay for itself and then some.
What's great about it: doesn't miss a trick
What's not so great: can get a bit confusing if you diverge from the normal flow

I use Turbo Tax every year and will continue to do so for years to come. It's easy and explains everything in terms a non-tax professional can understand.

It would be easier to pay someone to do my taxes but just barely. Why waste the money when i can follow some very easy to understand instructions and get guaranteed results.
