Very smooth process walking you through every scenario you're likely to encounter. I ended up feeling very comfortable with the results.

With the exception of not providing the estimated tax payment vouchers for California, using TurboTax went very well. I had to go to the California Franchise Tax Board web site to get the forms.
What's great about it: Most of the tax calculation process went very smoothly. TurboTax gets better each year.
What's not so great: You did not calculate my CA estimated taxes and no payment vouchers were available from TurboTax.

Overall good i thought there were a couple of boxes it should have auto checked about not owning a house or property when it was one of the first questions
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: could have had simpler explanaitions in the help boxes and a list of school id numbers

It Still Takes Time

I used the software over the years and it has gotten easier to use and the additional information windows are very useful.
What's great about it: Almost Dummy Proof
What's not so great: Occasionally extra form pop up that aren"t necessary!
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refund Crunch

Thanks Turbo-Tax for assisting me with completing all of my tax forms to promptly file and receive electronic payment of the refund. Thank-you for crunching the numbers for me. I like math. I do. But I love it more when a program does it for me!
What's great about it: Ease of Electronic Submission
What's not so great: Needs to include more definitions of terms

Incredibly Easy!

Turbo Tax was just so incredibly easy to use! I can't get over it. I tried a competitor first because it's who I'm used to using, when it couldn't calculate my return properly I switch to Turbo Tax to see if it could do a better job. I was absolutely blown away by the ease and speed in which I filed. What had taken me days to try and sort out took just minutes! So glad I tried this.
What's great about it: Easiest program to use for filing!
What's not so great: None.
