Excellent experiance

Overall straight forward experience in preparing this years taxes. The artificial limitation on not allowing an import from quicken 2010 was a hindrance and unneeded.
What's great about it: Program getting streamlined
What's not so great: Not able to import from quicken 2010

I like to use turbo tax because it has all of the formulas and forms that I need. It also has spot-checks along the way to make you review what has been input.

Confident in TurboTax

I have use TurboTax for over 15 years. TurboTax is easy to use and very helpful by guiding you through each phase of the tax system. You may need a little knowledge about your tax situation, but if you have any questions there is the Help feature. I love the security and the confidence I feel in TurboTax being accurate. I have never had a returned or rejected tax report from the IRS nor have I been audited. I totally and completely trust TurboTax. I love the free e-file feature. I always worried if my tax report would be delivered timely when I mailed it. Now I have no worries.
What's great about it: Imports last years info eliminating wasted keying time and gives a snapshot comparrison for this years tax report.
What's not so great: I have no complaints.

It is the right software to use for any level of tax to be filed.

2012 turbo tax

this is my third or fourth time using turbo tax and it has consistently met my expectations. I only wish I didn't have to buy it every year.
What's great about it: fairly mindless, just had to gather my info. TT did the rest.
What's not so great: none, really.
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have some concern with the interest income. Found stray check marks I did not enter.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: Tax work sheet not viewable. Some small glitches. Link IRS docs can be easier.Using google was easier.
