GOOD and easy to use

It was good experience to use this program at home.
I used different program last year, it was really hard to follow up (words, sentences and guide)

Also, help session was easy to understand for getting deduction details.
What's great about it: good guide to users to using this softwares
What's not so great: display description was hard to see

Turbo tax is an excellent program to help people with their taxes. It walks you through every step along the way. Highly recommend Turbo Tax!!

After completing my taxes, it was such a relief & didn't take near as long as I had anticipated. Now...can sit and look at the view.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so easy to use
What's not so great: The charge for filing the state return.

This program has improved over the years. I found this version to be the easiest to navigate and understand. I appreciated the links to explinations and "do I qualify" charts.
What's great about it: Walked me through each step with easy details when I wanted.

Easy to use and follow directions. Sometimes its unclear if you should enter numerical numbers or leave cells blank.
What's great about it: It easy to use
What's not so great: If you need help, hard to speak with live person.
