TurboTax Gives Me Confidence in My Tax Returns

It's good that you recommend "Step-by-Step" guidance but allow easy navigation to the forms and back again to "Step-by-Step. This allows checking to see where the data is actually entered.
When viewing data entries on the forms, the option for a quick zoom to the supporting source document is a great feature. The supporting document opens in a new tab to allow quick back and forth review from one form to another. Several forms can be opened on separate tabs.
TurboTax provides a feeling of confidence in the tax-return process!
What's great about it: Easy navigation. Clear instructions. Timely summations. Easy editing.

It was very simple to use.
What's great about it: simple, detailed and laid out.
What's not so great: nothing really.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have use TurboTax for years and find most of it familiar and easy to move through. except for the Cons listed above which was rather laborious requiring many steps back and forth to make an entry.
What's great about it: Retrieves and uses last years information which eliminates a lot of entry time.
What's not so great: Some of the data entry points (donations) get to be time consuming with individual items and entry points.

Get the most refund

When processing my taxes it with Turbo Tax it always makes sense. Documenting all income with guides where ever I need it. Reviewing to check all possilble deductions which I might qualify for. I am always confident that I am getting back every dollar earned.
What's great about it: I like reviewing ever deduction option so I didn't miss any.
What's not so great: nothing

Software is easy to use - especially the second year when much of each form is filled in automatically

Turbo Tax is very user friendly and easy to use! It is quick and accurate. And the price is right...so much cheaper than paying a CPA or tax preparation service!!
What's great about it: Very easy to use; does not take long to complete return; lot cheaper than going to tax preparer
