filing refund quickly

I wish there was more explanations for some of the items but overall it is pretty easy to use.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions and cheaper than a tax person
What's not so great: sometimes I don't understand all the instructions

Finally Finished!

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and it's SO easy to get my return finished. When you save all the info you will need in one place, it's simple to go through all the deductions and complete the process. Computing the value of charitable donations was easy and they added up quickly! I am already planning for next year!
What's great about it: Easy to complete
What's not so great: No refund again this year!

Software could not find 2011 return on the same computer.
What's not so great: Difficult to return to It's Deductible, Unclear as to how to skip sections that don't apply,

Turbo Tax did not correctly transfer K1 data from Federal forms to California forms. Gave filers an erroneous messages and suggested fix. Spent hours trying to resolve problem by going manually through K1 entries. Finally found messages from other users in the community forums and determined that the problem was in Turbo tax, not my entries.
Problem was resolved by Turbo Tax programmers quickly and in a couple of days I got a California Update that fixed the problem.

I have gotten used to Turbo Tax and know how to manuever in it. I will use no other.

I like the It's Deductible complimentary program - would like to see an "Itemization" program that can be updated throughout the year to supplement =)

Just a great software package

Very impressed every year with how easy Turbotax to use. My return isn't simple but not greatly complex. I really like the way TurboTax walks me through every step. Did not have one question beyond TurboTax's explanations. So many people pay to have their taxes prepared, if they only how easy TurboTax makes this process most would never go to a tax professional again. Great job and thank-you for making this process so easy and understandable
