It's very comprehensive, but it is somewhat difficult to navigate within the software and to move around without being required to go through several previously completed sections.
What's great about it: Comprehensive

Turbo tax is great. The software is user friendly and the support is outstanding. I would recommend Turbo tax to anyone looking for software that is price right and that offers ease of use along with great support. Turbo tax is a great value for your buck.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: No complaints
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I hated paying some else for something so simple, I'll never use another tax program or service again
What's great about it: Entering info is simple, it ask you for every thing in order. Been doing it myself for 8yrs

I used TurboTax for well over ten years now. It is the only tax software we have ever used. It have always been very pleased with the product.
I was an automatic renewal customer for the majority of those years and that is one issue that I have, is that should give you the advantage on the lowest prices because of loyalty. But after several years of seeing local sales for the same product with saving up to $20 less then I paid, I finally canceled my automatic renewal this year. I feel automatic renewals should be rewarded better then anyone else out there ever should be.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly, Good Tutorials and Help Topics, Easy to Navigate
What's not so great: The price of the product and e-filing are sometimes higher then others, if I had to find one.

Still the best product on the market for doing taxes at different complexity levels.
Some processes are a bit slow and clunky, and it's hard to get out of the loop of some of the processes if not applicable.

One way that I've found to see the "whole picture" is to revert to a forms view to see the actual 1040 form and its attachments.
What's great about it: Good at discerning obvious errors, fat fingering, and numerical mistakes
What's not so great: A bit slow for those well experienced in doing taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
