BETTER THAN CCH

THIS IS MY 15TH YEAR USING TURBOTAX - TRULY GREAT PRODUCT. DO VOLUNTEER TAX WORK USING A CCH PRODUCT THAT WHILE GOOD ISN'T AS EASY TO USE AS TURBO!
What's great about it: EASY TO USE; GREAT INTERVIEW SECTION
What's not so great: A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET TO FORMS

I've used TurboTax for 5 years. In a world with so much slippage, it is good to see a product that always delivers.

a little nervous

the school dist.was not carried over for my spouse. only my own. I was told that i had a refund coming from the school dist., and that i owed the entire amount too. a refund and a balance due to the same school district? how could that be? why didnt turbo tax see this was wrong? a couple of years ago I received a letter from IRS that I processed the school taxes wrong and owed alot of penalties, fees. It was from 2 yrs prior. turbo tax did not find that error either. the School taxes make me nervous ever since.
What's great about it: carried last years info over to forms for this year
What's not so great: the school district section always gives me trouble, error was not found by turbo tax. I found it

What an easy to do taxes for a regular family. I felt confident the whole way through.

I recommend this program for filing your tax return. Very good for moderate complex returns.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the step by step instructions. Continuely checks accuracy and reviews the return before filing.
What's not so great: Needs to have an easier way to answers concerns or questions.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and walks you through step by step. Turbo tax asked me the same questions my tax preparer asked in years past.
