Soooo simple

I have used Turbotax for about 5 years and have been very pleased with both the ease of use as well as the immediate progress updates. I think I'm hooked.
What's great about it: I found the prompted navigation very helpful and very intuitively laid out
What's not so great: some of the 'help' explanations and definitions were not on the mark

TAX RETURNS NOT TAXING

Most People are nervous about their tax returns and look for expensive advisers or methods to do the job for them. TURBO TAX makes even complex deductions, such as Medical Expenses, easy to put together and claim. The whole process becomes simple, builds confidence and leads to early filing if there is a refund coming, or always, timely filing of returns. Constant and frequent updates of the Turbo Tax software makes sure that our returns are correct and up to date! Using Turbo Tax every year, makes the job easier. It builds on previous years' data, requires less input and gives good comparative analysis of financial health, year over year.
What's great about it: COVERS COMMON AND UNUSUAL ISSUES
What's not so great: GOING THROUGH SUBJECTS THAT DON'T QUALIFY FOR REFUND

I have not had a single issue since converting to T/T some 8 years ago.
What's great about it: Items from L/Y's carry forward to current year.
What's not so great: The Minnesota issue

Had to call support on a couple of issues. They handled them very courteously. I was very pleased.
What's great about it: Loved the ease
What's not so great: Didn't like the way of printing copies till I got the hang of it.

What a relief it is !!!

I didn't think I could file on my own because of my investments. After paying an accountant way too much money, I purchased Turbo Tax and tried it on my own. I was amazed how easy it was with directions at every stop. Good bye accountant and hello Turbo Tax from this point on. You rock !!!
What's great about it: It's so easy with TurboTax.
What's not so great: The government adding new forms each year. Just when you think you've got it figured out, they change it !!!

I have been using Tax every year since they started making their software. It is easy and NO ONE has an excuse of not doing their taxes because it is too hard. Turbo Tax just walks you through the whole process. Anyone paying some company to do their individual taxes in a fool, and you know what they say about a fool and their money.
I have even used Turbo Tax to do my taxes as a small business owner, and it still wasn't that difficult.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: can't think of any!!!

Turbotax has gotten eaiser since I began using it many years ago. The cost of a tax consultant pushed me to start doing my own taxes, and Turbotax made it easy to continue even in the years that seemed the most confusing, tax wise
