Handled complex detail well

It took me through areas I needed and was not familiar with very well. The efiling and printing was well organized.
What's great about it: clear, incisive questions, easy to use forms
What's not so great: too many screens

TurboTax is great.

I have been using TurboTax for 13 years, I have also had a tax professional check the TurboTax results twice and they could not get me more of a refund, legally, than TurbpTax did. I have complete confidence that my return will be done correctly and accurately. Way to go TurboTax!
What's great about it: Finds all deductions.

Every year it seems we have a new tax issue we don't fully understand and with Turbo Tax it walks you right thru it and explains it very well. Thanks for all the years of support!

use every year, love the program been using since 2003, will not trade it for nothing else was going to jackson hewitt then 2003 been doing my own with turbo

Maximized My Refund

I used Turbo Tax Deluxe to file both my federal and state returns. The instructions were very easy to follow and were very detailed. I'm confident that I am receiving my maximum refund. I highly recommend this product!
What's great about it: Easy to use, maximized deductions, fast
What's not so great: State efile is not free

Easy to use at home

This is another tax return that I used Turbo-Tax and it is still the best over sitting in an office with several others getting their returns done. I love sitting at home and going through the questions. When i need some information, I can go get it and continue on. No need to reschedule or go back to the office to give information.
What's great about it: Easy to follow guide
What's not so great: Sometimes it would get in a loop
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
