I love using turbo tax it works me thru everything and it allows me to quickly complete my returns. Sometimes though I feel it should be more personalized as some situations do not apply to me
What's great about it: Quick and Easy and walked right thru
What's not so great: Some things didnt apply to me

I have been using Turbo Tax for Years. Never had any problems with taxes that were filed and like how data is available.

It's a great software to use for the average person. But there seemed to be a few more bugs in it this year than last. Even with the bugs, it's very good at asking the right questions. For someone that doesn't have a lot of confusing deductions and whatnot, it's the perfect program.
What's great about it: Asks a lot of questions
What's not so great: more bugs this year than last.

Turbo Tax is a great product for do-it-yourselfers. Everything is there...forms, questions, explanations of terms and previous year's return if applicable. It's a no-brainer for those who are straightforward with their tax liability and don't want to pay too much for having someone else prepare your taxes.
