Excellent overall program

In a few instances, information listed in the help section was not thorough enough and I ended up wading through multiple IRS documents. Not a fun process, but it was only on a couple of questions.
What's great about it: Very simple, easy to use.
What's not so great: Some of the information as it relates to specific deductions is not very clear

Taxes Are Made Easier !

I like the cost to purchase Turbo Tax and the ease of answering the questions to complete the tax returns. I also like that you do both Federal and State taxes.
What's great about it: Step by step guide and transferring info from earlier year
What's not so great: Some of the explainations are still hard to understand for someone not use to taxes.

Still a little unsure about earned income credit for my daughter, son is in college and worked in Delaware, unsure about state taxes
What's great about it: makes for easy organization,filling out forms easy, easy to go back and forth
What's not so great: didnt know how many returns can be done,

Fast & Easy

The only real issue I have with TurboTax is the same issue I've had in the past. If you progress partway through adding something to your return (for example, a vehicle for which you wish to add mileage as a work related deduction), and then decide not to bother, when you go back and delete the vehicle, the information you previously entered stays in the return and is inserted into the tax forms. Then when it comes time to review the return, it causes errors and the only way I can see to fix it is to highlight all necessary information on the virtual form within the review window and delete it, then run the review over and over, until all the related problems are solved. It would be nice if when one goes back and decides not to include something all the related data was removed from the return as well.
What's great about it: Quick and user friendly
What's not so great: changes are not self correcting

2012 FED & STATE TAX Review

TurboTax 2012 TAX software was easy to load to my computer. It was even easier to use. I continue to use
the TurbotTax product every year sinse it provides me
with very good documentation for both FED & STATE
returns and my refunds go directly to my bank checking account. There are many great features with using
TurboTax and I recommend its use to everone I know.

Time Saver for 2012

I have been a satisfied user for about 8 years. This was the first year that the Updater failed to download an update for Calif state forms. I have to turn of Kaspersky to get it to finally download. You should add some words about what to do when this happens (like if it runs and the download never completes)
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Updater failed several times. Almost had to reinstall Turbotax
Pros: I bought or sold investments
