Consistent and Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I am a CPA, but I do not work in public practice and I like the ease that I can do my own return as well as my mothers return. Being able to copy from one year to the next is wonderful and I love that it keeps track of all the carry forwards.
What's great about it: Saving returns from year to year, Being able to use the easy guide without answering all the questions.
What's not so great: Sometimes is not intuitive about where to find unusual tax issues

I've used Turbo Tax for probably 20 years or whenever it was introduced. It has always been easy, complete, inexpensive, and always correct ... never, ever a problem.

Every year, I get a little nervous doing my taxes as I'm scared to type in a wrong dollar amount, or put in information in the wrong boxes, however this year, I felt very secure knowing that Turbo Tax reviewed all my information, and that it does an "audit check: at the end. Good to know Turbo Tax is looking out for me!
What's great about it: Made me feel secure and that I was submitting accurate information.
What's not so great: None-I think Turbo Tax is a great, simple, and affordable tool for people who don't want to pay someone else.

Pain Free Refund!

Turbo Tax was so easy to use and pain free! Since I am young and dont have much to file yet Turbo Tax was the perfect fit to get the job done. I imagine it will work just as great when I have more in the future.
What's great about it: Loved the step by step process!
What's not so great: The program was fine for me.

I especially like the "learn more" on items that I question what the deduction on income involves; what paperwork I need. I even used it this year to ask questions from the Forum and was able to find my question answered!
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for years. I find it easy to use and it will walk your through & even gives the "learn more" info.

Makes taxes easy(er)

The program makes federal really easy and our state Missouri is very difficult, but Turbo Tax makes it a snap. I have used TT for over 10 years. Love it!
What's great about it: asks lot of questions, skip areas that do not pertain to you
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Exceptional product

User friendly. Quick and thorough. Transfer of data from IRS form to state form is worth the price of the product, alone! My life is so much better with Turbo Tax to do my tax calculations for me.
