Apparently the software saves your work as you go. I had forgotten to save and my PC hung up and I thought I had lost four hours of work. After I cold started my PC and got back to Turbo Tax I was only one window away from when the PC hung up. Thanks Turbo Tax.

I've been using turbotax since 2004 and as usual its always easy to get my returns done and help me sniff out all the right deductions that I might have missed if I did them myself. Tax time has always been stressful on me so having a program that basically does it for me is a plus.
A happy satisfied customer for the past 8 years.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions
What's not so great: wish my state return would be free to e-file

It's a Breeze!

I have been using Turbo Tax for something like 20 years. Before that I used Tax Cut once only. After switching to Turbo Tax I never looked back. It is very user friendly and a lot less expensive than going to a CPA.
I recommend it highly!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 4 years and have never been disappointed. I find it easy, detailed, very indepth with instructions and additional information about every topic. I would reccommend Turbo Tax to anyone who files taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow the instructions. Very thorough and comprehensive. Downloaded previous Turbo Tax info
What's not so great: Sometimes the updates take more time than expected.

Had to go to IRS site to clear up a few items I needed to correctly input as the format wasn't clear with Turbo. Overall though, this is still the best program to use.
What's great about it: Getting better at details being easy to follow
What's not so great: still not always research friendly for those few situations

TurboTax is the tax software I will use from this point forward. I used TurboTax a couple of years ago and then switched to using a CPA. I will use TurboTax from now on. TurboTax has saved me a lot of money on tax preparation! I will recommend TurboTax to everyone I know!
What's great about it: Very user-friendly...quick.....easy.....simple to understand!
What's not so great: No cons....completely satisfied!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
