TurboTax not just good, but the best.

I have used multiple tax packages over the last 10 years and TurboTax is the best of the best. While other tax programs may get the job done and while they may cost a little less, they just do not stack up against the features and easy of use that are provided by TurboTax. Aside from the complete feature set provided by TurboTax, the software package it's self is stable, reliable and efficient, everything a tax package should be.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing

Would it be possible to run the actual 1040 form/page side by side with the corresponding Turbo Tax questionaire worksheet?
I realize that you are trying to generate additional revenue, but if one is not careful, one could ask for and pay for an outside review or an e-filed state return. I think a more user friendly design would be to have the user have to make specific key strokes to accept these rather than have to make a key stroke to reject them.
What's great about it: More clarity. Easier to use. Great for us tax dummies.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to find and view the actual 1040 form or page while working on the Turbo Tax questionaire worksheet.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have found it to be a big help in doing my taxes. With the prior year information available while doing current taxes makes it easier to compare.
What's great about it: easy to enter information
What's not so great: printing with Adobe takes too much time

TurboTax is easy to use and gets easier as you become familiar with it year after year. You know what to expect and when to expect it. Data downloaded from prior years remind you of income and deductions that should be reported this year. However, the state tax return needs simplification. It simply parrots the state form questions without much explanatory help.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and it gets easier year after year.
What's not so great: Format changes from year to year
