Simple and clear

I have a variety or semi-unusual situations and TurboTax was able to cover them all. Excellent (as usual)

Still the best around

I've used the PC version of Turbotax every year since 1998 except 1 (I tried a competing product but returned the next year#. It has helped me complete returns that have included all manner of complicated situations #e.g. estate K-1 forms, education credits, energy credits, IRA contributions, multiple mortgage deductions, etc# with little effort. I used to file my returns #mine + 3 kids# manually and would spend hours searching through IRS documentation trying to find how and where to handle certain tax situations. TurboTax's guided approach makes it easy to find where to handle each situation and, since it makes an entry on all required forms, ensures the accuracy of the return. I love the import feature for my investment information #no more fat-fingered typing mistakes# and the fact I can either e-file or print a fileable form is icing on the cake. I would recommend TurboTax #and have) to anyone that requires anything more than a 1040EZ.
What's great about it: very easy to use, ensures completeness, love the import feature
What's not so great: can be difficult to find a previously visited section; fixes in review are not always obvious

This is a 5 star program, I have used it for years & it just gets better & better. I can always get a answer for any question I have.
What's great about it: Great to go step by step
What's not so great: The continue button does not stay in the same stop

TurboTax Again

Format and flow remains the same year to year which reduces the annual learning curve. Easy to understand and good flow through from prior years. Will continue to use.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Not easy to contact
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I think it makes doing taxes so much easier and it teaches you things as you go.

What's not so great: Navigating back to a form to be changed is not self-evident

Turbo Tax

Love using Turbo Tax, makes filling out the forms much easier, especially the second year. Will definately use again next year.
What's great about it: Like that it does all the calculations for me.
What's not so great: Wish it wouldn't print the thank you letter, a waste of paper.
