A mess

The requirement to use a .pdf file to print when the word processor can't print it means that a paper return can't be filed and copies for my records for my use are impossible.,
I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and this is the first time I've been unable to print a specific form or an entire return for filing or records. If this can't be fixed I'll have to reconsider using Turbo Tax again.
What's great about it: Accurate calculations

TurboTax works!

I especially like the feature that permits importing tax data from employers and investment firms. This saves an extreme amount of time. Another plus is I never need to look up tax tables or get forms to fill out.
What's great about it: Easy to use, saves time and research and is for every person.
What's not so great: None

Very satisfied with the ease and information

I was very pleased with the ease with which the program download all the investment information. The normal difficulty of all these transactions is eliminated. Since my wife and I are retired there were a lot of transactions.
What's great about it: The download from my bank & investor

Easy and Thorough

I prefer this software over other consumer tax software for its simplicity and the thorough way it addresses filing my taxes. I especially appreciate the thurough review and sudit risk information.
What's great about it: Thorough, but not overwhelming

Absolutely a dream come true. It is so easy to understand it makes life so much easier. Doing taxes is not so bad with Turbo Tax.

Better Results

I have used Turbotax for many years and each year they make it better and easier to use. I especially like the explore on your own option as it makes for a less time intensive process.
What's great about it: Easy to use, able to skip parts you don't need
What's not so great: I wish there would be a phone number in case your download goes wrong
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
