Right Side Up

As stated above, lots of tax and legal terms that just turn my gray hair grayer. Not Turbo's fault. You can only deal with what Washington hands down and try and make it understandable. I keep coming back to T. T. because of ease of use and affordability.
What's great about it: I return to Turbo Tax every year due to it's simplicity.
What's not so great: Lots and lots of legaleez in the instructions.

Quick and easy

For my simple tax return, Turbo Tax gets me through filing my taxes in about 2 hours, and for a lot less money than paying someone to do them. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and remain quite satisfied with the results. I tried using "the other big name" tax software once, and ended up having to file an amended return due to an error that resulted from confusing instructions. Not only did that software allow me to mistakenly put a small income source into a deduction block, it didn't catch the mistake when it reviewed the return.
I'll be sticking with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is fast and easy. Walks you through the process in an hour or two for simple tax returns.
What's not so great: Had some issues with getting started and running the updates; kept wanting to start over with the updates.

I've always had a professional prepare my taxes but no more (unless I win the lottery). Had some questions but never got an answer when asking through the e-mail channel. One stumper regarding partnership income gave me fits until I finally got a phone number and case number. I chased many dead ends and don't recall how I got to the phone number but talking to a real person answered my questions. I know next year will be easier.
What's great about it: excellent step-by-step filing process.
What's not so great: Getting e-mail answers

I have used turbotax for years now and I would not use any other product. I feel very secure in giving my information and have always gotten a quick refund. Thank You!!!

What's not so great: To fix "errors" I had to guess/find answer on own
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Simple and Pain Free

I've used TurboTax for a few years now and it is so easy and pain free to use. It beats having to pay somebody to prepare my taxes or me having to stumble through filling out paper forms. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Easy step by step inctrictions

I was able to prepare and file tax returns for me, my wife and my two kids. Faster then doing in by hand and a lot cheaper then having a tax preparer do 3 separate returns. It was nice to be able to instantly download a state return for a state my son earned income in.
What's great about it: I filed returns for me, my wife and my 2 kids.

I tell everyone I know to use turbo tax. Its very easy and dummy proof. I love this product and continue to use it year after year.

What's great about it: I liked just about every thing about the use of turbotax.
What's not so great: I did not like the fact that u cant view forms in the online version of turbotax.
