What's great about it: Very detailed
What's not so great: need more clarification on Medical deductions

A good product for my return. My return is not that complicated. But did have difficulty with savings bonds when used for education and rollover of ira.
What's great about it: efficient, asks all the right questions
What's not so great: on some of the unusual items can be confusing

Great 2012 tax experience

TurboTax is the simplest, most helpful tax software program for our money. Given some new investment activity in 2012, we were expecting a more complicated and confusing experience while completing our taxes for the year. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy our actual experience was thanks to TurboTax!

Fast and Easy

I love Turbo Tax because it's fast and easy.
The one thing I don't like is that I have to wait for all the tax documents to arrive by snail mail. I wish I could receive all the things electronically or Turbo Tax could automatically find them online and fill them all out. That way there's absolutely no possibility I could make a mistake
