Great program

I have used other programs and they have not been as easy to follow as Turbo Tax. This is my second year using the program. I chose not to inport information from last years form and it was still easy and fast to use.

This is my tenth year of using Turbo tax and it becomes easier each year. If you have your documents in order the process can be completed in no time whats so ever.
What's great about it: Simplisity of use.

Fast, Easy & Efficient

After having filed my taxes manually for years, I finally decided to invest in TurboTax for my 2012 refund. The filing process went very smooth and was quite fast compared to what I am used to. The only downside is the sometimes hard to navigate system if you need to go back and change something. All in all, this is a fantastic system that I'd recommend to anyone who is interested.
What's great about it: Easy to understand tax filing, excellent deduction support.
What's not so great: System is sometimes hard to navigate
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax? Relax

I have always found Turbo Tax to be very user friendly and I feel confident when I file my returns. I really like the idea that the programs follow the same format each year. I put the information in that I have received and magically they appear where they need to go. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this product.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax updates all the changes that are made within the year.
What's not so great: absolutely nothing

I been using Turbo Tax for over 14 years... every year it gets better and easier... I like what the experts do every year to improve the product. Every year my returns get easier because of the program... Keep up the good work!!!!

Turbo tax is easy to use but sometimes errors show up after completing the state return and say the error is in the federal return even after correcting the federal return errors during the federal review.
